• Event Coordination – created agency-wide timeline and run of show, supervised rental and vendor load-in/load out according to design plans, maintained client hospitality throughout event program, assisted and supported internal needs while efficiently troubleshooting sudden on-site complications, led on-site tasks and delegated responsibilities

• Vendor Management – sourced, briefed and managed vendors before, throughout, and after event program as on-site point of contact, negotiated best talent and pricing while building sustainable vendor and agency relationships

• Creative Development – brainstormed and generated new ideas and event solutions, executed digital and physical deliverables

• Transportation Coordination – sourced, organized and managed large-scale transportation nationally and internationally. Accommodated sudden changes in itinerary while problem solving, and managing on-site arrivals and departures. Past coordination includes private vehicles, buses, shuttles, private jets, helicopters and yacht tenders
